What is a Lost Office WorkLab?
A WorkLab is an immersive, facilitated team workshop that combines real-world experiences, structured creative frameworks, and expert facilitation to help teams innovate, align, or build human skills. Unlike traditional workshops, WorkLabs take teams out of the conference room and into environments designed to shift perspective and unlock new thinking.
How long do WorkLabs run?
WorkLabs range from a half-day session to a 5-day immersive sprint, depending on the lab type and team goals. Most labs run 1–2 days.
How many people can participate in a WorkLab?
Most WorkLabs are designed for groups of 5–35 people. Specific group size recommendations vary by lab type and are listed on each offering.
Are WorkLabs only available in Richmond, VA?
Lost Office is based in Richmond, VA, but WorkLabs are available wherever your team needs to be — we travel to your location or a destination of your choosing.
