Lost Office Collaborative offers the following services:

• Offsite Space: Reservable team rooms and event space at our location in Henrico, Virginia
• WorkLabs: Facilitated collaborative experiences including CreationLabs, CoLabs, and HumanLabs
• Workplace Consulting: Workspace ecology audits, workplace rethinks, and RFP development services

The specifics of each engagement — including scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables — are governed by a separate agreement or proposal provided to you prior to the start of any paid engagement.

2. Use of the Site

You may use our Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content from the Site without our written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site

3. Inquiries and Reservations

Submitting an inquiry or brochure request through our Site does not constitute a confirmed reservation or booking. All space reservations and service engagements are confirmed only upon execution of a written agreement or receipt of a confirmation from our team.

We reserve the right to decline any inquiry or reservation request at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, photography, logos, the Workspace Ecology™ framework, and proprietary methodologies — is owned by or licensed to Lost Office Collaborative and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

5. Workspace Ecology™

Workspace Ecology™ is a proprietary framework developed by Lost Office Collaborative. Use of this name, framework, or associated materials outside of a contracted engagement with Lost Office is prohibited without explicit written authorization.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost Office Collaborative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months preceding the claim.

Our Site integrates with third-party platforms including Planning Pod (event inquiries) and Netlify (form processing). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Lost Office is not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of any third-party services.
